OPERATING RULES
You have registered an account to participate in the Ebila.AI system (Not including user account and Affiliate account registration), you have acknowledged and understood that you have read and agreed to all the terms presented in this terms and agreement.
The latest update (if any) will be posted here and Ebila.AI will not notify each customer, so please return to this page regularly to update the latest policy.
Terms Used
Ebila.AI is an intellectual product and property of VINMOC GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY;
"You" or "customer" or "customers" refers to the purchaser of the Service/Product.
"We" refers to VINMOC GROUP
"Product" refers to each "Topic" or "Package of topics" "Investment strategy newsletter package".
"Investment" is understood as full payment for the Service/Product.
Agreement
1. Ebila.AI is a product of ours. You agree to purchase the Service/Product provided by Ebila.AI under VINMOC GROUP.
2. You acknowledge and agree that you have read all the terms and conditions when participating in the Ebila.AI system and you agree that when you open an account in this system, this shall be deemed to be the terms and conditions of a Contract between us and you.
Personal Account Information and Security.
3. Purpose and scope of collection
- To access and use some services at Ebila.AI, you will be required to register with us personal information (Email, Full name, contact means...). All declared information (Registration) must ensure accuracy and legality. We are not responsible for any legal or personal disputes that you are involved in (regardless of country or territory) regarding the declared information.
- We also collect information that your Web Browser uses each time you access Ebila.AI, including: IP address, Browser type, language used, time and addresses that the Browser accesses.
4. You need to log in to the personal email you provided to confirm information. We will send account activation emails for using Services/Products, promotion program notifications, password change confirmations,... to your email address. In case the information you provide is inaccurate and incomplete, any problems that occur with your account will be your sole responsibility.
5. You agree that you have provided accurate information and are responsible before the laws of Vietnam as well as the territory where you live and work for this information. You agree to maintain and update customer information as required. You agree to allow us to store and use customer information you provide to maintain this account for you.
6. You are responsible for keeping your password yourself, if the password is leaked in any form, we will not be responsible for any losses incurred.
7. All your personal information will be kept confidential by us, not disclosed. We do not sell or exchange this information with any other third party. However, in case the competent authority requests, Ebila.AI must provide this information in accordance with the law.
8. You can cancel your account, membership at any time even when the Service/Product usage period is still valid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable and we do not refund or carry forward any remaining time of the Service/Product package subscription period as well as any unused content.
9. Promotions and offers
From time to time, we offer promotional offers, Services/Products or special membership. Offer conditions will be at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke offers and suspend your account if we determine that you are not eligible without further explanation.
Requirements for offer conditions along with other limitations and conditions will be notified when you register to receive offers or through other communications we send to you (SMS, Zalo, Mail...).
10. Changes to fees and subscription packages
From time to time, we may change our product/service subscription packages. We will not notify you. Therefore, please ensure that you always log in and update to know about our price policy changes when you want to renew the Service/Product package usage period.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
11. You understand that you will be shared with documents that are considered "trade secrets" and are confidential. You agree not to disclose any techniques or comments about the Service/Product, whatever it is, to others, through forums, by notification, personal mail, chat rooms, blogs or at other programs. If you disclose any information about this Service/Product, then you accept responsibility for damages and breach of contract, and may be sued civilly for damages. You may not record audio, video or otherwise record any part of the Service/Product in image/audio data.
12. You are not allowed to download videos, not allowed to share videos on the Internet in any form. If violated, your account will be permanently locked and you must be responsible before the law for infringement of our intellectual property rights.
Behavioral Rules: Strictly prohibited from using the service when having the following behaviors
13. Using any tools or forms to interfere with the Services/Products in the Ebila.AI system.
14. Shared account usage: with more than two people using the same account when detected will be deleted immediately. Each account is only allowed to log in on two devices. If you violate, your account will be permanently locked and we do not need to explain further.
15. Acts of impersonation or deliberately making others mistakenly believe that you are a person in the Ebila.AI service system.
16. Behaviors, attitudes that damage the reputation of the Services/Products in the Ebila.AI system in any form, any method.
17. Buying, selling, transferring accounts, Services/Products.
18. Impersonating Ebila.AI affecting our reputation, causing confusion for customers/participants and partners by any method (using email address, website domain name, fanpage with the word Ebila...)
19. When detecting the above behaviors from your account, we have the right to deprive all related benefits to the account (including account locking) or use the information you provided when registering the account to transfer to competent authorities for resolution according to the provisions of law.
No Guarantee
20. You confirm that you have researched and voluntarily registered to purchase the Service/Product and you acknowledge that the effectiveness of using the Service/Product provided to customers depends on many factors, not just factors controlled by us. And therefore the effectiveness for different customers will be different.
21. You agree to confirm that: The Service/Product we provide is our intelligence and practical experience summed up and built. The products of individuals as well as our organization belong to our organization. Results that are correct for us and our achievements do not mean you will achieve. Therefore, always make sure you have researched thoroughly and consulted before making your decision and take full responsibility for it.
Time and Location
22. By this registration form (Registration page), you confirm with us that you have provided sufficient contact information and email address. We will not be responsible for your delay in participating when the account is still valid or expired or not receiving program update information due to you providing wrong email address or incorrect contact information.
23. With your Investment, you will be granted 01 online member account by our confirmation and participate in the registered Service/Product after payment.
24. By participating in our system, you will receive support (Issues related to account such as: login, password, usage) during the hours from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM daily, from Monday to Friday weekly, except holidays, Tet according to the regulations of the State of Vietnam (We have notifications on the Ebila.AI page).
25. The usage time of the Services/Products on Ebila.AI according to the time on the Service/Product you registered and paid from the date of activation.
Consent
26. You confirm that you agree to allow us to contact you by phone, email, SMS and other forms of contact you provide about purchasing services/products and other opportunities in the future. You agree that your email is stored in our list for notification of new services/Products provided by us.
27. The payment amount to participate in the Ebila.AI service system will not be reserved, refunded and we will not be responsible for any reason arising from you such as: not using during the validity period, not participating or voluntarily canceling the Service/Product...
Liability Limitations
28. We are exempt from all responsibilities related to the use of your information to serve service provision activities.
29. We are not responsible for anything related to the service provision outside the scope of providing Services/Products.
30. Registering an account to participate in consulting Services/Products on Ebila.AI is understood that you have thoroughly researched information, documents related to the Service/Product and commit to have no complaints, claims related to the service/product that we have provided.
31. Ebila.AI is not responsible for any loss of profit, revenue, business or loss of reputation, loss of opportunity, loss of use rights or other losses of yours that may be visible or not yet visible, or any special loss, cost of yours.
Rights and Responsibilities of Ebila.AI Management
- Register to establish a website to provide online services according to regulations
- Comply with the provisions of the Commercial Law and related legal provisions on promotional activities, on protection of customer personal information.
- Ensure safety and security of customer payment transactions, handle complaints in case customer payment information through e-commerce website is changed, deleted, cancelled, copied, disclosed, moved illegally or appropriated causing damage to customers.
- Fully disclose the contents in accordance with regulations in each Service/Product information, promotions posted on the website.
- Build and publish operating regulations on the website in compliance with regulations.
- Register with the Ministry of Industry and Trade for e-commerce service application according to regulations.
- Apply necessary measures to ensure information security related to business secrets of organizations, individuals and personal information of consumers.
- Provide information, support state management agencies to investigate business acts that violate the law using their application.
- Provide information about their business situation when requested by competent state agencies to serve e-commerce statistics activities, inspection, examination and violation handling activities.
- Prevent and remove from the website information on the sale of goods and services in the list of goods and services prohibited from trading according to the provisions of law and goods restricted from trading according to regulations.
- Remove from the website information that violates intellectual property rights and other services that violate the law when detected or received feedback with authenticated evidence about this information.
- Have the responsibility to provide accurate information on the website to help users have correct judgments to protect user interests. In case, the person's interests are infringed by information Ebila.AI provides, Ebila.AI will clarify the cause and hold accountable related subjects. If there is damage, Ebila.AI will consider the actual situation and coordinate with related parties to compensate appropriately for users if this incident is due to Ebila.AI's fault.
