Payment Policy

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. You will pay us the product purchase fee using your account on Ebila.AI when you want to use the Service/Product. The fee is a one-time payment when you click to purchase and use the Service/Product without delay, without deduction and without refund.

2. Payment under this Agreement must be in accordance with the payment methods specified in the regulations of each Service/Product.

3. You acknowledge and agree that this cost is the purchase fee for the Service/Product you have selected and decided to pay provided by VINMOC GROUP at Ebila.AI. The price information of the Service/Product includes:

- Unit price of the Service/Product

- VAT tax.

- Payment card fees, payment gateway fees.

Does not include any other incurred fees.

4. Payment Methods

When registering for Services/Products, customers will pay through:

Online payment with types of bank cards (domestic ATM or international cards) available on the website.

- Online payment with ATM card – E-Banking

To make payment with domestic ATM card, customers need to register for Internet Banking service with the bank. Ebila.AI supports and accepts payments from most banks in Vietnam.

After filling in purchase information and clicking Complete Order, the system will transfer to Onepay for you to fill in payment card information. The Service/Product will be activated immediately after you successfully pay.

- Online payment with Visa/Mastercard international card

International card payment fees are determined by the bank, cardholders need to check with the bank in advance for more details. Except for international card fees, other payment steps are similar

After filling in Service/Product purchase information and clicking Complete, the system will transfer to Onepay for you to fill in payment card information. The Service/Product will be activated immediately after you successfully pay.

- Bank Transfer

When making a bank transfer, you need to provide information: successful payment information for the Service/Product to activate your account.

- Payment via Appstore / E-wallet

With IOS or Android appstore, relatively large fees may be charged (not recommended).

5. When the next payment period for the Service/Product package you are using has expired, payment is unsuccessful, or for any other reason, we will suspend your access until you successfully pay for the next usage cycle.

6. Some Services/Products may have different conditions and limitations and will be updated directly on the Service/Product. You can see detailed information when logging into your member account and clicking on the Service/Product you have registered.

7. You can cancel your account, membership at any time even when the Service/Product usage period is still valid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable and we do not refund or carry forward any remaining time of the Service/Product package subscription period as well as any unused content.

8. Promotions and offers.

From time to time, we offer promotional offers, Services/Products or special membership. Offer conditions will be at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke offers and suspend your account if we determine that you are not eligible without further explanation.

Requirements for offer conditions along with other limitations and conditions will be notified when you register to receive offers or through other communications we send to you (SMS, Zalo, Mail...).

9. Changes to fees and subscription packages.

From time to time, we may change our product/service subscription packages. We will not notify you. Therefore, please ensure that you always log in and update to know about our price policy changes when you want to renew the Service/Product package usage period.
