TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OPENING AN ACCOUNT

Agreement

1. Ebila.AI is a product of VINMOC GROUP. You agree to purchase the Service/Product provided by Ebila.AI under VINMOC GROUP.

2. You acknowledge and agree that you have read all the terms and conditions when participating in the Ebila.AI system and you agree that when you open an account in this system, this shall be deemed to be the terms and conditions of a Contract between us and you.

Personal Account Information and Security.

3. Purpose and scope of collection

- To access and use some services at Ebila.AI, you will be required to register with us personal information (email, full name, contact means...). All declared information (Registration) must ensure accuracy and legality. We are not responsible for any legal or personal disputes that you are involved in (regardless of country or territory) regarding the declared information.

- When successfully registering an account on Ebila.AI, you need to remember your username and password to login to your account for purchasing Services/products as well as using purchased products (if any) on our site.

- We also collect information that your Web Browser uses each time you access Ebila.AI, including: IP address, Browser type, language used, time and addresses that the Browser accesses.

4. Scope of information use

Ebila.AI collects and uses your personal information for appropriate purposes and fully complies with the content of this terms and conditions.

When necessary, we may use this information to contact you directly in forms such as: Email, orders, thank you letters, SMS, or communication channels that you provide information about technology and security.

5. Information storage time

Your personal data will be stored until there is a request to cancel. Or members themselves log in and cancel. In all other cases, member personal information will be kept confidential on Ebila.AI's server.

7. Means and tools for you to access and edit personal data

You can edit your account registration information yourself in the "Settings" section of your account.

8. Customer support

To receive quick and timely support, you need to accurately provide information: Full name, Email, Phone number to our customer service department.

9. Email verification

You need to log in to the personal email you provided to confirm information. We will send account activation emails for using Services/Products, promotion program notifications, password change confirmations,... to your email address. In case the information you provide is inaccurate and incomplete, any problems that occur with your account will be your sole responsibility.

10. Customer responsibility

You agree that you have provided accurate information and are responsible before the laws of Vietnam as well as the territory where you live and work for this information. You agree to maintain and update customer information as required. You agree to allow us to store and use customer information you provide to maintain this account for you.

11. Password security

You are responsible for keeping your password yourself, if the password is leaked in any form, we will not be responsible for any losses incurred.

- The customer themselves.

- Competent legal authorities of Vietnam.
